Editorial policy
In carrying out its activities, the Editorial Board of the online scientific periodical "Caurus" adheres to the following principles:
- meeting the requirements of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE);
- maintaining editorial independence;
- assuring quality of published materials;
- systematic development of the scientific periodical;
- ensuring freedom of opinion expression of the authors and reviewers;
- guarantee of compliance with intellectual property rights;
- promotion of scientific integrity;
- increased attention to materials containing fundamentally new scientific information;
- informing authors about publishing rules and manuscript design requirements;
- ensuring anonymity when reviewing submitted articles;
- improving recommendations, rules, and forms of reviewing manuscripts;
- improving mechanisms for resolving all kinds of conflicts of interest that may arise in the process of publishing activities of the online scientific periodical;
- promptly publishing materials related to certain aspects of the scientific discussion and new visions of the authors and expressed as corrections, clarifications, refutations, and apologies, if necessary;
- politeness and tolerance in communication.
